This year’s football season continues to be full of drama and unexpected twists. Brett Favre coming back to play football was in the news at the beginning of the season. However, it seems like he is not doing as good as last year. In addition, how many different teams will Randy Moss play for this year? The receiver seems to be heading toward a new NFL record.

At the beginning of the season, I predicted the Cowboys to make it to the playoffs. They seem to have self destructed along the way. Tony Romo is out and Wad Phillips, the coach, has been fired.

In Denver, the Broncos seem to good one week and awful the next. Josh McDaniels has traded away all the talent in Denver. He got rid of Payton Hillis, Jay Cutler, and Brandon Marshall. I think the Broncos could have used a running back like Payton Hillis this season. If Pat Bowlin got rid of Mike Shanahan with a winning record, then I would think Josh McDaniels may gone pretty soon. However, Coach Shanahan has been in the hot seat for benching McNabb with two minutes left in a close game. I would coach for in Denver for half the money they are paying Josh McDaniels. I would have kept Payton Hillis.

In addition, there has been some controversy over the head injuries in the NFL. In my opinion, I think they should remove the face masks and it would solve the problem. Most coaches train their defensive players to put their face mask right on the football. I know I was trained that way in junior high and highs school football. If they remove the face mask, then I think it would solve the problem. It might give some people some broken nooses. However, no one really ever listens to me on these or any other issue.

The football season will continue to be fun. I have been playing fantasy football. I did pick up Peyton Hillis. I should have gotten the other Josh McDaniels castaways so I could have a better team. I am right in the middle of the league so far this year. There is no predicting which team will come out on top. I guess that is what makes being a fan so much fun.

Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana is a great place to go to college. Bozeman is one of the best places to go to school if you like to ski or snowboard. Bozeman is located within 30 miles of Bridger Bowl ski area and 50 miles of Big Sky Montana . The university has classes in skiing. It is a great place to go if you like to ski. Most of the locals skied at Bridger Bowl. You could get out of your morning classes and be up on the ski hill for a half day of skiing.

The housing at the colleges was quite expensive. You typically had to live in the dorm your first year and buy a meal pass. People really got sick of the food so you don't want to pay for three meals a day. Also, the housing off campus was much less expensive. The university offers classes in just about everything. You can major in premed, business, engineering, or architecture. The school is known for its engineering program and employers like Boeing recruit at the university.

The town of Bozeman used to be a cattle town. However, the town has developed into a trendy area due to the recreation opportunities in the area. You are only about 60 miles away from Yellowstone Park . The town has attracted some famous residents. I once saw Ted Turner in the Bozeman airport. I heard a voice I had recognized and turned around to see Ted Turner walking up the stairs. Ted has a restaurant in Bozeman called Montana Grill. I hear the food is good. He also spoke at my graduation. The town of Bozeman has a Christmas Stroll where merchants stay open late and people can walk around town and look at all the stores.

Fantasy Football Week 10

This football season has been very interesting. At the beginning of the season, I thought the Vikings and Cowboys would leading their conferences. You never know what will happen in the NFL.

I have been playing fantasy football this year. I have found out that you really can’t remain loyal to any team. It is all about the numbers and picking up players with the potential to score points. I did pick up Peyton Hillis this year. However, I need to get some good receivers. There are sixteen people in our league so there does not appear to be any good receivers available. I have tried to anticipate a good game by some other Patriot receivers. However, that has not worked so well this year. I picked up Brandon Tate several times. He has not produced any points. I tried to pick up Randy Moss. However, someone had a priority so I did not get Randy Moss. It does seem like fantasy football does take a lot of work. I wish I would have spent more time on my draft. By the time my pick came around I did not know any of the players. In addition, I am learning to the projected points tool which would have been nice to use in my draft.

In addition, it seems like the season has changed so since last year. The Browns are winning games. The Chargers at the bottom of the conference with Broncos with the AFC West and the Raiders look like a good team. It will be interesting to see who will make it to the Super Bowl this year. I am kind of hoping Rex Ryan makes it. He did a great impression of his brother last week at a press conference.
