Was the Deep Water Horizon blown up on purpose?

I have heard theories as far fetched as a North Korean submarine blowing up the rig. It is weird that the largest environment oil disaster came right after Obama approved offshore drilling in the United States. It would be the thing to stop drilling off the coast.

Rush Limbaugh is actually saying the rig was blown up on purposes to stop oil drilling off the coast. He is blaming environmentalists. Environmentalists typically do not cause destruction to the environment to prove a point. Rush must doing this to get ratings for his show. Here is a link to his program:

Others are saying BP blew up the rig to collect the insurance money. Did BP really blow up the Deep Water Horizon? I have heard that BP was self insured. It would not collect any insurance. It would make no sense for BP to blow up its own well. It is going to cost BP more pay claims and fix the well then it would ever get from blowing up its own well. However, Transocean will collect $270 million in insurance money according to the following link:

If BP blew up its own rig, then it would explain how the CEO of BP, Tony Hayward, and Goldman Sachs would know to sell a bunch of shares prior to the oil spill as explained in the following link:

These theories seem a little far fetched. I can see how they get started though if BP is controlling all the information coming from the accident site and underwater. BP’s was more concerned about profits than safety as indicated by the Congressional hearings. The government and the Navy really should be down there doing their own investigation of the situation. The government says they don’t have the experience or the knowledge to deal with the situation. I would bet that the Navy would have the ability to work on the bottom of the ocean.
